International orders: $30 Flat Rate
Spend over $850 to receive FREE shipping

Important | Please note
Packages will be signature on delivery, you will need to make sure someone is home to sign for the package, if no one is home your parcel will be left in a safe place on your property. 

Returns
You may receive a credit note, exchange or refund (where available) on your PERNA purchase for any reason, subject to adherence to the following terms. 
Requests for returns for credit note or exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place, if the PERNA tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. Full Priced items purchased with a promotional discount code are not eligible for returns

Returning your purchase
Email hello@pernathelabel.com with your order number and personal details regarding your purchase, we will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions on how to send back your item(s)

• Repackage your item(s) in their original presentation and return to the address we have provided via email 

• You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Faulty returns
If you believe your Product is faulty, please email hello@pernathelabel.com with the details of your order. In order to assist the returns process, you may be required to send us photos of the product in order for our team to assess properly. If the product is deemed to be Faulty, we will provide you with a repair, replacement, refund on the faulty Product subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law plus a refund of the return shipping costs incurred by you. PERNA shall not be liable for any damage due to wear and tear, product misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

PERNA is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit.
