My discount code is not working, what should I do?
We are so sorry if your discount code is not working, what you can do is email: hello@pernathelabel.com and we will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. 

How can I check the status of my order?
Once an order is placed, we will notify you of your invoice and order details. When the shipping label has been created, usually within 24 hours of your purchase we will send you a tracking number. All orders are sent via Sendle therefore you can track your shipment on their website.

How do I return my order?
We only offer returns on items of change of mind within our 14 day exchange period. Please head to our Shipping & Returns page to get all the info on how to return your order
 
How do I pre-order an item(s)?
We offer pre-orders exclusively via our website, if a style is available for pre-order there will be a button that will link you to make your purchase. If you can't see this button and would like to proceed and pre order an item please contact us at: hello@pernathelabel.com and we will be more than happy to assist!
 
How do I put myself on the waitlist for a particular item(s)?
There should be a "Notify me when back in stock" button for all items that we will be receiving but havent yet. if you are having trouble finding this button please contact hello@pernathelabel.com and we can help you with your problem!
 
Where can I try on something from your online boutique?
Everything online is exclusive to pernathelabel.com
 
How long are gift vouchers valid for and how do I purchase one?
Gift cards are valid for 2 years from purchase date. You can purchase one by searching "Gift card" on our website
